Schizophrenia has brought a serious disease burden to China. Under the background that community rehabilitation has become the mainstream treatment model, the long-acting injection (LAI) can better prevent recurrence. Some districts in Beijing have also issued policies. This article aims to find out patient's current attitudes toward LAI and provide policy suggestions. Some patients with schizophrenia in the communities are selected, while the survey format is face-to-face conversation. The content of the self-made questionnaire includes patients' willingness and reasons for accepting LAI treatment. Descriptive statistics, -test and F-test are used to process the data from questionnaire surveys. About 10% of respondents have had experience using LAI and the current utilization rate is 2.4%. Respondents' willingness to accept LAI is generally low (only 18.1% are willing). The main reason for willingness is no need to take medication every day, while the main reasons for unwillingness are high cost, fear of injection and lack of understanding. Beijing community patients are not very optimistic about LAI's cognition and willingness. Medication habits play an important role in their medication selection decisions. Intervention such as educate clinicians and patients about LAI and provide free injections to patients can be imposed. The promotion of LAI still has a long way to go.

Background: There is a dearth of information regarding mpox risk perception and vaccine acceptance among people living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), especially in countries with a dual burden of HIV and mpox, such as Nigeria.
Methods: We used an explanatory mixed methods design and structured questionnaires administered to a clinic-based sample of people living with HIV (n=430), followed by in-depth interviews with a purposive subsample (n=20). Data were analysed using binary logistic regression and the framework approach.

Background And Objectives: The immersive virtual reality (VR) simulator is advantageous because it is cost-effective, realistic, can be controlled directly by the user, and can be integrated into education and training in otorhinolaryngology. The present study explored the feasibility of incorporating VR pure-tone audiometry (PTA) into an audiologist training curriculum, and assessed audiology experts' willingness to use a VR PTA.
Materials And Methods: A total of 31 audiologists (16 skilled audiologists and 15 undergraduate students) participated in the study, using a developed VR PTA application with a Meta Quest 2 device.

To address the challenges posed by influenza, its associated complications, and economic burden, the World Health Organization recommends a vaccination rate exceeding 75 % for populations at elevated risk of severe diseases. Presently, vaccination rates in Germany severely lag behind. To augment these rates, pilot projects have been initiated, allowing community pharmacists to administer vaccines.

Objective: The recent outbreak of monkeypox (mpox) poses significant public health challenges, particularly for immunocompromised populations such as patients with cancer. However, misinformation poses a significant challenge during new outbreaks for patients with chronic diseases, as observed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we aimed to assess perspectives and knowledge of patients with cancer on mpox and their willingness to receive mpox vaccination.
