Purpose: Ruptures of the posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) are often accompanied by posterolateral corner (PLC) and posteromedial corner (PMC) injuries. This study investigates the incidence and impact of PMC and PLC injuries on posterior tibial translation (PTT). Although the public health field has increasingly studied the collateral consequences of incarceration, we know little about the health consequences of other forms of criminal legal contact, including probation and parole. Understanding spatial and racial-ethnic variation in probation/parole across US states provides new insights into how community supervision impacts population health disparities. However, state-level probation/parole prevalence has not been adequately described.

Coronary collateral flow (CCF) is crucial for myocardial viability in patients with obstructive coronary artery disease, specifically ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). However, hypertension can contribute to vascular dysfunction and hinder the formation of CCF. Wide pulse pressure (WPP), defined as ≥65 mmHg, may better reflect impaired cardiovascular health compared to classic blood pressure indices.
