Objective: The present study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography (3D-TVS) for intrauterine adhesions (IUA).

Methods: We performed a retrospective cohort study. A total of 500 women aged 19 to 46 years with uterine lesions who received treatment from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology were enrolled. Endometrial 3D imaging was conducted to obtain the display plane and 3D-TVS parameters. Patients also underwent hysteroscopy for a definitive diagnosis.

Results: For diagnosing IUA, the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative predictive value (NPV), and overall accuracy of 3D-TVS were 98.8%, 90.8%, 91.4%, 98.7%, and 94.8%, respectively. For diagnosing a submucosal myoma, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, and overall accuracy of 3D-TVS were 88.2%, 97.9%, 88.2%, 97.9%, and 96.4%, respectively. For diagnosing endometrial polyps, the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, and overall accuracy of 3D-TVS were 94.7%, 96.8%, 92.9%, 97.7%, and 96.2%, respectively.

Conclusions: Before hysteroscopy, 3D-TVS, as a method of screening, has great value for comparing differences before and after treatment, and for evaluating therapeutic effects.

Objective: To conduct a meta-analysis assessing the diagnostic performance of the node reporting and data system (Node-RADS) for detecting lymph node (LN) invasion.

Method: We performed a systematic literature search of online scientific publication databases from inception up to July 31, 2024. We used the quality assessment of diagnostic accuracy studies-2 (QUADAS-2) to assess the study quality, and heterogeneity was determined by the Q-test and measured with I statistics.

Objectives: Artificial intelligence (AI) software including Brainomix "e-CTA" which detect large vessel occlusions (LVO) have clinical potential. We hypothesised that in real world use where prevalence is low, its clinical utility may be overstated.

Methods: In this single centre retrospective service evaluation project, data sent to Brainomix from a medium size acute National Health Service (NHS) Trust hospital between 1/3/2022-1/3/2023 was reviewed.

Study Objectives: Evaluate the performance of the SANSA device to simultaneously assess obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and cardiac arrhythmias.

Methods: Participants suspected or known to have OSA underwent polysomnography (PSG) while wearing SANSA. SANSA's algorithm was trained using 86 records and tested on 67 to evaluate training bias.

Objectives: Knee Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the most frequently encountered conditions in orthopedic practice. This study aimed to validate the Knee Intake Patient Survey (KIPS), a short-form questionnaire designed to assist in the initial diagnosis and treatment stratification for knee OA.

Methods: Patient intake survey results from a single adult reconstruction clinic were retrospectively analyzed alongside clinical diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
