Malignant ventricular arrhythmias arising from the pulmonary artery rarely occur in patients without structural heart disease. We highlight the feasibility and efficacy of a circular catheter-guided pulmonary artery isolation procedure for frequent premature ventricular contractions and polymorphic ventricular tachycardia causing syncope.
