Hydatid disease is endemic in Tunisia. Whereas uncomplicated pulmonary hydatid cysts are easily diagnosed on radiological findings, complicated and atypical forms may be misdiagnosed and confused with other pulmonary lesions, mainly lung malignancies. We report a case of a 47-year-old woman, who presented with a 3-month history of hemoptysis.

The atypical expression of immune phenotypes in lymphoma is often associated with a poor prognosis and presents diagnostic challenges. The present study reports on a rare extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma. In addition to typical morphology and immunohistochemical characteristics, these tumors strongly express CD20 and CD30 and partially express CD15, which is associated with aggressive clinical behavior.

A 78-year-old male patient came to our hospital with a chief complaint of fever. Computed tomography revealed an indistinct tumor in the pancreatic head, along with dilatation of the bile duct and main pancreatic duct. An endoscopic transpapillary biopsy demonstrated adenocarcinoma in the glandular epithelium and a dense formation of quasi-round cells.
