The so-called "opacity" of artificial intelligence (AI), the black box model, raises concerns about the increasing use in relevant and critical areas of our society such as health, assistance, autonomous driving, military technologies, the economy, finance, justice, insurance. The need to create models that make it possible to understand, trust and therefore govern the emerging generation of these systems is increasingly felt, while maintaining a high level of performance. This is why a new discipline is being developed, eXplainable AI (XAI), which can be defined as a set of tools and techniques used to make the operation of AI increasingly transparent and easy to understand.

Cardiovascular diseases are a major cause of mortality and morbidity. Fast detection of life-threatening emergency events and an earlier start of the therapy would save many lives and reduce successive disabilities. Understanding the specific risk factors associated with heart attack and the degree of association is crucial in the clinical diagnosis.

In sub-Saharan Africa, the parasitic is seriously threatening Bambara groundnuts, farmers to suffer yield losses of up to 100 %. The objective of this study was to determine the effects of phosphorus (P) application and inoculation on Bambara groundnut genotypes for growth and reproductive phrase. The experiment was conducted in 2020 at the Henderson Research Station in Mazowe, Zimbabwe in a 2 × 2 × 26 factorial design with 26 genotypes arranged in a completely randomized design (CRD) with four replications, two P rates (0 and 20 kg ha-) and two levels of inoculation (with and without ).

Insects are increasingly used as an alternative protein source for feed and food production. One of the main biological hazards associated with edible insects is the bio-accumulation of foodborne pathogenic microorganisms. In this study, the interaction of larvae of the black soldier fly (BSFL, (L.

Technoscientific transformations in molecular genomics have begun to influence knowledge production in education. Interdisciplinary scientific consortia are seeking to identify 'genetic influences' on 'educationally relevant' traits, behaviors, and outcomes. This article examines the emerging 'knowledge infrastructure' of educational genomics, attending to the assembly and choreography of organizational associations, epistemic architecture, and technoscientific apparatuses implicated in the generation of genomic understandings from masses of bioinformation.

Janus kinases (JAK1-3, TYK2) are critical mediators of cytokine signaling and their role in hematological and inflammatory and autoimmune diseases has sparked widespread interest in their therapeutic targeting. JAKs have unique tandem kinase structure consisting of an active tyrosine kinase domain adjacent to a pseudokinase domain that is a hotspot for pathogenic mutations. The development of JAK inhibitors has focused on the active kinase domain and the developed drugs have demonstrated good clinical efficacy but due to off-target inhibition cause also side-effects and carry a black box warning limiting their use.
