Background: This study aims to describe the main type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) quality improvement (QI) challenges identified by primary care teams in the province of Quebec who participated in the COMPAS + QI collaborative.
Methods: A qualitative descriptive design was used to analyse the results of 8 COMPAS + workshops conducted in 4 regions of the province between 2016 and 2020. Deductive content analysis was performed to classify the reported QI priorities under the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research domains; and proposed change strategies under the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) intervention functions.

Introduction: Military Interprofessional Health care Teams (MIHTs) are the backbone of modern military medicine. However, these teams face distinct operational challenges, including frequent personnel rotation, diverse work environments, and the constant possibility of rapid deployment. Serving in dynamic teams that deploy for both military and humanitarian missions, MIHTs face the unique challenge of constant restructuring and reorganization.

Background: The Federal Joint Committee has established requirements for centers for intensive care medicine which, in cooperation with other clinics, are to take on special tasks for intensive care medicine in a region. High demands are placed on these centers, which it may not be possible to meet without restructuring the existing intensive care structures.
Objective: In this study, an organizational model for a center for intensive care medicine based on broad interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation is presented for discussion.

Supporting older adults in their desire to remain in an independent living environment requires a collaborative, interprofessional approach in which the individual's medical and social needs are coordinated. This approach requires recognizing the difference in the culture of care between primary care and community-based organizations. Identifying how the two cultures differ may be the first step to learning how to work collaboratively and effectively to meet the social and medical needs of older adults.

Background And Purpose: To describe the development and implementation of professional and personal identity formation content in a virtual pre-health pathway program.
Educational Activity And Setting: Content within a six-week pre-health program for underrepresented and/or disadvantaged college students was redesigned to a virtual format with enhanced focus on professional and personal identity formation. Sessions on personal identity formation were also enhanced through a partnership with local mental health clinicians specializing in trauma-informed care and culturally relevant practices and strategies.
