The coexistence of intracranial multiple meningiomas and neurofibromatosis type 1 is a rare occurrence in the field of neurosurgery, presenting complex treatment challenges, unfavorable prognoses, and significant burdens on both families and society. Currently, the primary objective is to perform surgical total resection as far as possible, while considering postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy for cases where complete tumor resection is challenging. In this case, the patient has previously undergone multiple brain tumor resections and received radiation therapy.

Transgender individuals commonly feel significant distress and discomfort, termed gender dysphoria, as a result of the discrepancy between their gender assigned at birth and their gender identity. A major source of gender dysphoria stems from distinct anatomical differences between the male and female chest. Gender-affirming mastectomy of transmasculine patients and breast augmentation for chest feminization of transfeminine patients, also referred to as top surgery, are often the first surgical interventions and most commonly pursued physical modifications for the treatment of gender dysphoria among this patient population.

This case report highlights a rare complication of arthroscopic meniscal tear which is an arteriovenous fistula and pseudoaneurysm of the superior medial geniculate artery. A 14-year-old male patient presented with persistent hemarthrosis following arthroscopic repair of a bucket handle medial meniscal tear. The patient was investigated due to suspicion of vascular damage.

Artificial Intelligence (AI), especially Machine Learning (ML), has developed systems capable of performing tasks that require human intelligence. In anesthesiology and other medical fields, AI applications can improve the precision and efficiency of daily clinical practice, and can also facilitate a personalized approach to patient care, which can lead to improved outcomes and quality of care. ML has been successfully applied in various settings of daily anesthesiology practice, such as predicting acute kidney injury, optimizing anesthetic doses, and managing postoperative nausea and vomiting.
