Mercury(II) is highly toxic thus the selective and sensitive detection of Hg(II) is important. This research article deals with the synthesis and characterization of the fluorogenic system based on diselenide containing rhodamine by single crystal XRD. The probe has been used for selective detection of Hg(II) in aqueous media with detection limit of 62.

Our brain combines sensory inputs to create a univocal perception, enhanced when stimuli originate from the same location. Following amputation, distorted body representations may disrupt visuo-tactile integration at the amputated leg. We aim to unveil the principles guiding optimal and cognitive-efficient visuo-tactile integration at both intact and amputated legs.

Organic solar cells (OSCs) are attracting significant attention due to their low cost, lightweight, and flexible nature. The introduction of nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs) has propelled OSC development into a transformative era. However, the limited availability of wide band gap polymer donors for NFAs poses a critical challenge, hindering further advancements.

The one-pot terpolymerization of epoxide (EP), anhydride (AH), and CO to synthesize polyester-polycarbonate copolymers with precise sequences remains a significant challenge in polymer chemistry. In this study, promising progress was achieved by utilizing a cyclic trimeric phosphazene base (CTPB) and triethylboron (TEB) as a binary catalyst, enabling the synthesis of both well-defined block and truly random poly(ester-carbonate) copolymers through the one-pot terpolymerization of EP/AH/CO. By adjusting the molar ratio of CTPB/TEB to 1/0.
