Women in rural Bangladesh encounter significant barriers to seeking mental healthcare, primarily due to stigmatization rooted in a lack of knowledge about mental health. To address this issue, community-based participatory research (CBPR) has been identified as a promising approach. CBPR involves the active collaboration of community members and stakeholders in the research process to tackle pressing community issues.

Background: Mobile health (mHealth) interventions have gained popularity in augmenting psychiatric care for adults with psychosis. Interest has grown in leveraging mHealth to empower individuals living with severe mental illness and extend continuity of care beyond the hospital to the community. However, reported outcomes have been mixed, likely attributed in part to the intervention and adopted outcomes, which affected between-study comparisons.

This study examined treatment utilization across in-person and virtual treatment modalities in veterans who were on medications for opioid use disorder (MOUD; N = 139). Treatment records for veterans in addiction treatment on MOUD were examined for 3-months prior to telehealth conversions ("Pre-Telehealth," 12/02/2019-03/14/2020), 3-months during the initial telehealth transition ("Telehealth," 03/15/2020-06/30/2020) and 3-months during post-telehealth transition ("Re-Entry," 07/01/2020-10/01/2020). Analyses examined the relationship between treatment modality and demographic features, psychiatric comorbidities, treatment engagement, and illness severity as measured by psychiatric emergency room (PER) utilization.

Objective: This study aimed to systematically review the efficacy of telehealth approaches in alleviating depressive and anxiety symptoms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) using evidence from randomized controlled trials (RCTs).
Methods: This systematic review and meta-analysis was conducted according to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) checklist. Databases including PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library were searched for RCTs from database inception to June 2024.

Objectives: To assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on first-episode psychosis (FEP) presentations across two Early Intervention in Psychosis (EIP) services in Ireland, by comparing pre-pandemic and post-pandemic cohorts.
Methods: A cross-sectional observational design with retrospective medical record review was employed. The study population comprised 187 FEP patients (77 in pre-pandemic and 110 in post-pandemic cohort).
