This paper examines the paradox in management through the yin-yang lens and how to apply the yin-yang perspective in Chinese indigenous management research through a literature review. Compared with several western philosophical perspectives, yin-yang places more emphasis on the interaction of interdependent contradictions and better describes the complex dynamics of both contradictions. Our review finds that the scholars propose yin-yang as a supplement to and an optimization of western management. The review focuses on connecting the yin-yang perspective with the paradox in management, cross-cultural management, and practice of organizational management.

The incorporation of polymeric insulators has led to notable achievements in the field of organic semiconductors. By altering the blending concentration, polymeric insulators exhibit extensive capabilities in regulating molecular configuration, film crystallinity, and mitigation of defect states. However, current research suggests that the improvement in such physical properties is primarily attributed to the enhancement of thin film morphology, an outcome that seems to be an inevitable consequence of incorporating insulators.

Improving lignocellulose degradation and organic matter conversion in agricultural and livestock wastes remains a great challenge. Here, the contribution of humic acid (HA) to lignocellulose degradation was investigated, focusing on the abundance of key microbial species and carbohydrate-active enzymes during aerobic composting. The results demonstrated that the addition of HA not only increased the complexity of the microbial network, but also enhanced the positive interaction between microorganism.

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory suggests that "Shanghuo" is a comprehensive clinical symptom resulting from an imbalance of Yin and Yang. There is substantial clinical evidence showing that the consumption of warm or hot natured TCM can induce "Shanghuo". However, the pharmacological mechanisms and material basis of this phenomenon require further elucidation.
