UCEC is one of the three common malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract. According to reports, the cure rate of early UCEC can reach 95%. Therefore, the development of prognostic markers will help UCEC patients to find the disease earlier and develop treatment earlier. The ALDH family was first discovered to be the essential gene of the ethanol metabolism pathway in the body. Recent studies have shown that ALDH can participate in the regulation of cancer. In our research, we explored the expression of the ALDH family in 33 cancers. It was found that ALDH2 was abnormally expressed in UCEC. Besides, and experiments were conducted to explore the effect of ALDH2 expression on the proliferation of UCEC cell lines. Meanwhile, the change of its expression is not due to gene mutations, but is regulated by miR-135-3p. At the same time, the impact of ALDH2 changes on the survival of UCEC patients is deeply discussed. Finally, a nomogram for predicting survival was constructed, with a C-index of 0.798 and AUC of 0.764. This study suggests that ALDH2 may play a crucial role in UCEC progression and has the potential as a prognostic biomarker of UCEC.

Background: The role of ZNF165 in only a few tumors has been reported. ZNF165 plays an important role in liver cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer, especially in regulating the immune microenvironment, promoting tumor cell proliferation and migration, and serving as a potential target for immunotherapy.
Objective: This study aimed to enhance an understanding of how the ZNF165 gene functions and influences cancer development.

Background: Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (UCEC) is a prevalent gynecologic malignancy with complex molecular underpinnings. This study identifies key woundhealing genes involved in UCEC and elucidates their roles through a comprehensive analysis.
Methods: In silico and in vitro experiments.

Cuproptosis, a recently discovered form of cell death, has emerged as a crucial player in tumor development, although its role in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC) remains inadequately explored. This study aims to identify prognostically relevant cuproptosis-related genes in endometrial cancer. Cuproptosis-related genes were sourced from previously published studies and the FerrDb database.

Background: Chromosomal instability (CIN) has been identified as a factor that increases the susceptibility of tumor cells to kinesin family member 18A (KIF18A) inhibitors. Limited research exists on genes that are associated with sensitization to KIF18A inhibitors (KIF18Ais). Our study aimed to identify a gene linked to heightened sensitivity to KIF18Ais in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC) and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC).

Uterine Corpus Endometrial Carcinoma (UCEC) represents a common malignant neoplasm in women, with its prognosis being intricately associated with available therapeutic interventions. In the past few decades, there has been a burgeoning interest in the role of mitochondria within the context of UCEC. Nevertheless, the development and application of prognostic models predicated on mitochondrial-related genes (MRGs) in UCEC remains in the exploratory stages.
