Higher education is not immune to the epidemic of sexual harassment in the United States, particularly sexual harassment of graduate workers. This is due largely to power differentials of status and income, as academia relies on low-wage work. While the literature shows sexual harassment is prevalent across disciplines, current work to address the problem does not account for graduate worker precarity. The graduate labor movement, which addresses precarity, is beginning to tackle sexual harassment. We review how the labor and anti-gender-based violence movements in higher education should come together to prevent sexual harassment, presenting recommendations for structural changes to academia.

Background: Workplace violence (WPV) against nurses is a growing concern within the health care industry, contributing to increased stress, burnout, and higher staff turnover.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of nurses with WPV and examine the scope and impact of this violence based on nurse's recollections.
Methodology/approach: Using qualitative interpretive meta-synthesis and the job demands-resources framework, we examined patterns in nurses' experiences of WPV.

Workplace sexual harassment (WSH) and other forms of sexual violence are pervasive in the agricultural sector, yet remain overlooked as critical occupational health and safety concerns. In this scoping review, the social-ecological model was used as a framework to examine contributing and protective factors in the literature that inform WSH interventions, policy, and research.
