renal transplant carcinoma, especially in the context of bilateral renal carcinoma, is rare and often presents as small, low-grade papillary renal cell carcinoma (RCC). There is currently no consensus or effective treatment for advanced metastatic RCC after kidney transplantation. A 40-year-old man developed renal transplant carcinoma with venous thrombus and lung metastases 13 years after transplantation.

Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive neuroendocrine tumor with the poorest prognosis among all types of lung cancer. Developing an effective comprehensive strategy remains a key focus. We herein present the first documented case of a 68-year-old man with limited-stage SCLC who has maintained a complete response (CR) for over 30 months to date.

Induction of systemic acquired resistance (SAR) in plants to control bacterial diseases has become an effective solution to the problems of agrochemical resistance and ecological environment damage caused by long-term and large-scale use of traditional bactericides. However, current SAR-inducing compounds are often unable to rapidly eliminate pathogenic bacteria in infected plant tissues to prevent further spread of the disease, severely restraining the potential for extensive application in agriculture. Herein, we address the limitations by developing a series of visible-light-absorbing aggregation-induced emission photosensitizers suitable for agricultural use.

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation (HCT) is one of the principal curative approaches in the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML); however, relapse post-transplantation remains a catastrophic event with poor prognosis. The incidence of relapse has remained unchanged over the last three decades despite an evolving understanding of the immunobiology of the graft-versus leukemia effect and the immune escape mechanisms that lead to post-HCT relapse. The approach to post-transplant relapse is highly individualized and is dictated both by disease biology and genomics as well as the patient's clinical status at the time of relapse and the interval between relapse and transplantation.

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a heterogeneous hematologic malignancy characterized by the (oligo)clonal expansion of myeloid progenitor cells. Despite advances in treatment, AML remains challenging to cure, particularly in patients with specific genetic abnormalities. Menin inhibitors have emerged as a promising therapeutic approach, targeting key genetic drivers of AML such as KMT2A rearrangements and NPM1 mutations.
