Aim: To explore women's experiences on the psychoeducation programme based on Human Caring Theory in decreasing fear of childbirth.

Design And Methods: This Husserlian phenomenological qualitative study was conducted with 11 women.

Results: Four themes were identified; "self-motivators for participate in psychoeducation programme", "psychoeducation: a bridge to deal with fears", "ability to manage the fear of childbirth," and "change in birth type preference", with 10 subthemes.

Practice Implications: Clarifying the experiences of women on educational interventions gives an idea about the applicability, sustainability and developability of these interventions.

Objective: To examine the prevalence of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and intimate partner violence (IPV) among married couples in Nepal as well as the relationships among ACEs, IPV (psychological, sexual, physical), and psychological distress.

Purpose: The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of pelvic floor physical therapy (PFPT) on symptoms and quality of life in women who experienced third- and fourth-degree perineal tears (Obstetric Anal Sphincter Injuries, OASIS) during childbirth.
