Background: Reproductive dysfunctions of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and blood anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) concentration are significantly influenced by the dietary advanced glycation end products (AGEs). The interplay between AGEs and their soluble form of receptor, might exert a protective role on the follicular environment and affect AMH concentration. This study investigated the relationship between soluble receptor for advanced glycation end-products (sRAGE) levels in follicular fluid (FF) and serum AMH levels in PCOS and non-PCOS women.

Acenes are an important class of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons that have gained considerable attention from chemists, physicists, and material scientists, due to their exceptional potential for organic electronics. They serve as an ideal platform for studying the physical and chemical properties of sp carbon frameworks in the one-dimensional limit and also provide a fertile playground to explore magnetism in graphenic nanostructures due to their zigzag edge topology. While higher acenes up to tridecacene have been successfully generated by means of on-surface synthesis, it is imperative to extend their synthesis toward even longer homologues to comprehensively understand the evolution of their electronic ground state.

Purpose: To investigate an optimal strategy by assessing the effectiveness of varying follicular sizes on trigger day during luteal phase stimulation protocol and provide evidence for personalized protocol adjustment.
Methods: This was a retrospective study including a total of 661 patients who had started their in vitro fertilization cycle with a luteal phase stimulation (LPS) protocol during 2015-2023. We classified patients into groups according to the size of the dominant proportion of follicles on the human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) trigger day: large, medium, and small.
