Background: Lacrimal gland adenoma is a benign tumour of the lacrimal gland mostly involving the orbital part of the gland and composed of epithelial and myoepithelial components. It involves the third and fourth decade of life as a gradual painless enlargement of the lacrimal gland.
Case: This is a case report of a 30-year-old female presenting with the forward bulging of the right eye causing the eye to be displaced medio-inferiorly over the course of one year.

However, data on the suspended infraorbital canal (IOC) variant is scarce in cross-sectional imaging. Anatomical variations in the sphenoid sinuses, including optic, maxillary, and vidian nerves, raise interest among specialists involved in advanced sinonasal procedures.

Angular vein thrombosis is a rare vascular disorder marked by the occlusion of the angular vein by a blood clot. We report the case of a 70-year-old woman who presented with a visible bulge near her left nasojugal groove for one week and had no other associated symptoms or pertinent medical history. Subsequent maxillofacial CT scans with contrast revealed left angular vein thrombosis with dilation of the facial vein inferiorly.
