Long QT syndrome is a congenital or acquired condition associated with life-threatening cardiac arrhythmias. Risk stratification measures are paramount to providing life-saving therapy. We present a case of a 30-year-old man with syncope and polymorphic ventricular tachycardia from drug-induced QTc prolongation. Electromechanical window negativity correlated with arrhythmia risk and risk predictors. ().
