In the era of molecular biology and atomic force microscopy, some important macroscopic issues such as simultaneous bidirectional axonal flow or neuronal multinucleosis remain unaddressed. However, these issues have to be addressed, because they distort the results of our current achievements. Using videorecording technique, we studied adhesive contacts between neurons and their processes and kinetics of anastomosis retraction between the cell bodies up to their complete fusion with introduction of neurites into the cell cytoplasm and formation of binuclear cells. Three proofs refuting the mechanism of binuclearity formation by amitosis are presented. Live trinuclear neurons without signs of amitotic division were identified. Electron microscopy showed that fusion of many living neurons into one simplest during centrifugation of isolated cells.

Purpose: Map the nuclear error phenotypes in the two-cell embryo after assisted reproduction using time lapse images and the effect on good quality blastocyst formation.
Methods: Retrospective cohort study using time lapse images, categorizing 2331 two-cell embryos from 392 patient couples and 504 ART cycles categorizing each embryo as mononucleated, multinucleated, micronucleated, binucleated, split nucleation or mixed error. Correlating nuclear error phenotype with good quality blastocyst formation rate (BFR) using contingency tables and unadjusted odds ratio.

Study Question: Can modelling the longitudinal morphokinetic pattern of euploid embryos during time-lapse monitoring (TLM) be helpful for selecting embryos with the highest live birth potential?
Summary Answer: Longitudinal reference ranges of morphokinetic development of euploid embryos have been identified, and embryos with steadier progression during TLM are associated with higher chances of live birth.
What Is Known Already: TLM imaging is increasingly adopted by fertility clinics as an attempt to improve the ability of selecting embryos with the highest potential for implantation. Many markers of embryonic morphokinetics have been incorporated into decision algorithms for embryo (de)selection.

Background: It is widely known that tobacco use significantly contributes to a variety of health problems, including mouth cancer. The proteins P16 and Ki-67 have a role in regulating the cell cycle and promoting cell growth. Analyzing the levels of these proteins can give us valuable information about the overall health of cells.

The incidence of multiple pronuclei (≥ 3PN) zygotes and blastomere multinucleation was found to be elevated in the presence of increased estradiol (E) levels and a greater number of retrieved oocytes. This implies a potential link between the incidence of multinucleation at the two-cell stage (MN2) and a higher proportion of ≥ 3PN zygotes. We aimed to investigate the effect of high proportion of ≥ 3PN zygotes on MN2 incidence during conventional in vitro fertilization (C-IVF) by using time-lapse monitoring.
