Report on clinical cases of spontaneous reattachment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). From 2014 to 2020 we diagnosed four patients with spontaneous reattachment of RRD. We conducted a review of the relevant medical records, focusing on the initial symptoms at presentation, the initial diagnoses, with a further observation of the patients next 3 years. The patients were re-examined 3 years later after cases of spontaneous reattachment of RRD. Three years after a case of spontaneous reattachment of RRD during reexamination in four patients (four eyes), redetachment was not detected. The mentioned clinical cases indicate the possibility of finding new approaches to RRD management.

Background: This study reports a rare case of delayed spontaneous resolution of double anterior chambers (AC) resulting from non-rhegmatogenous Descemet membrane detachment (DMD) after deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK). Currently, management guidelines for this condition have not been established.
Case Presentation: A 65-year-old woman with lattice corneal dystrophy underwent uncomplicated DALK, during which an unrecognized type 2 big bubble was present.

Introduction: The aim of the study was to document and analyze a rare case of spontaneous retinal reattachment in a patient after successive unsuccessful vitreoretinal surgeries and to explore potential mechanisms contributing to this unexpected outcome.
Case Presentation: A 61-year-old patient with a history of high myopia presented with a rhegmatogenous retinal detachment. After undergoing multiple vitreoretinal procedures, including pars plana vitrectomy with silicone oil tamponade, anatomical reattachment was not achieved, and the patient developed complex retinal detachment associated with myopic foveoschisis.

Introduction: This is a case report of a spontaneous reattachment of Descemet-stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK). This graft was primarily sutured, and 20% sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) was injected into the anterior chamber, followed by graft detachment and spontaneous reattachment, 3 months later.
Case Presentation: A 78-year-old male presented with DSAEK graft detachment, which was the patient's second DSAEK (the first also did not adhere).

To describe the clinical course and optical coherence tomography (OCT) features of patients with spontaneous reattachment of macula-off tractional retinal detachments (TRDs). Findings on clinical examination and OCT were evaluated. Four eyes of 4 patients with a history of macula-off TRD secondary to diabetic retinopathy (n = 3) or sickle cell retinopathy (n = 1) were included.
