A 58-year-old woman was referred to our department with a cough of 1 year duration; her condition was unresponsive to the administration of inhaled steroid and beta-2 agonists. She denied the presence of dyspnea, chest pain, or other extrapulmonary symptoms. She was a never-smoker with a negative medical history and no occupational or domestic exposures. There was no history of cancer, gastroesophageal reflux disease, asthma, allergic rhinitis, or other allergies.

Introduction And Importance: Retiform hemangioendothelioma(RH) is a rare vascular tumor affecting patients over a wide age range without a gender predilection; only about 50 cases have been described so far.
Case Presentation: We report a case of submandibular retiform hemangioendothelioma in a 58-year-old woman who had been diagnosed with RH 20 years ago and had experienced recurrence four times during the past 20 years. This will increase the limited number of such cases in the hope of gaining a better understanding of this rare type of tumor.

Bouveret's syndrome is a rare disorder that causes upper gastrointestinal obstruction, typically in elderly patients with a history of chronic cholelithiasis. We present an unusual case of a 58-year-old woman with untreated vesicular lithiasis who developed Bouveret's syndrome. She presented with severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal distension.

Pemetrexed is a chemotherapeutic, antimetabolite agent that has been used in oncology to treat diseases such as metastatic non-small cell lung cancer and unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma. Pemetrexed use may result in pseudocellulitis, which presents as poorly demarcated patches or plaques with erythema, edema, warmth, and tenderness. These lesions can present unilaterally or bilaterally on the lower extremities.
