Background: Kettlebell (KB) swing exercises, whether performed using shoulder height (SHS) or overhead (OHS) swing variations in therapeutic or strength and conditioning settings, are posterior chain dominant exercises that require hip extension contributions when performed correctly.
Purpose/ Hypothesis: The primary purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of swing style (SHS, OHS) and KB mass on hip extension kinematics and kinetics in young adult females. A secondary purpose was to determine the effects of swing style and KB mass on the forces applied to the total body center of mass and KB.
Introduction And Importance: Neglected posterior hip dislocations in adults are rare, particularly when untreated for years. In developing nations, patients often rely on traditional bone setters, leading to delayed diagnosis and increased complications. Adult hip dislocations carry a higher risk of avascular necrosis and require complex treatments.

The regional variation of the femur bone is influenced by sex, stature geographical area and heredity, as the environment plays an important role in the developmental process. This cross-sectional descriptive purposive study was done on 150 (64 right and 86 left) fully ossified dry human femur of Bangladeshi people to find out the variation of neck length on anterior and posterior aspect. Sample was collected in the Department of Anatomy, Mymensingh Medical College, Bangladesh from January 2019 to December 2019.

Introduction: Salvage arthroplasty for failed proximal femoral fracture fixation is a complex procedure. This involves the removal of the primary failed or broken implant followed by a hip joint replacement procedure. The complications and technical difficulties associated with these surgeries are often difficult to anticipate.
