(DSV) is frequently found in the human intestine but limited knowledge is available regarding the relationship between DSV and host health. In this study, we analyzed large-scale cohort data from the Guangdong Gut Microbiome Project to study the ecology of DSV and the associations of DSV and host health parameters. Phylogenetic analysis showed that might be the most common and abundant DSV species in the GGMP. Predominant sub-OTUs of DSV were positively associated with bacterial community diversity. The relative abundance of DSV was positively correlated with beneficial genera, including , ,,,, and, and was negatively associated with harmful genera, such as ,,, and Moreover, the relative abundance of DSV was negatively correlated with body mass index, waist size, triglyceride levels, and uric acid levels. This suggests that DSV is associated with healthy hosts in some human populations.

Despite a plethora of research examining campus dating and sexual violence (DSV) risk and protective factors, little of this research has been conducted at non-traditional institutions such as minority-serving institutions (MSIs), community colleges, or non-predominantly white institutions. A review of research on statistically significant protective and risk factors for campus perpetration or victimization at non-traditional institutions resulted in 12 articles. The inclusion criteria for the study were that the article was in English, in a peer-reviewed journal, and published between 2010 and 2021.

The initiation and progression of colorectal cancer (CRC) are intimately associated with genetic, environmental and biological factors. (DSV), a sulfate-reducing bacterium, has been found excessive growth in CRC patients, suggesting a potential role in carcinogenesis. However, the precise mechanisms underlying this association remain incompletely understood.

Purpose: Examining the impact of scoring aids on the accuracy of assessing the Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) in a standardized trauma scenario (primary outcome). Evaluating physicians' understanding of the GCS assessment and clinical application (secondary outcome).
Materials And Methods: This randomized trial was performed at the simulator center of a Swiss tertiary academic medical hospital.

Background: Arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and developmental venous anomaly (DVA) rarely coexist. Developing a surgical strategy to treat this co-occurrence is difficult due to the unclear pathogenesis. We report the use of super-selective digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and Three-dimensional (3D) rotational digital subtraction venography (DSV) to develop a surgical strategy for complex AVM draining into a DVA.

Objective: To analyze the clinicopathological features and predictors of lymph node metastasis (LNM) in the diffuse sclerosing variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma (DSV-PTC) and compare these findings with conventional papillary thyroid carcinoma (C-PTC) in pediatric populations.
Methods: Patients aged 18 years or younger who were preoperatively diagnosed with PTC and underwent thyroidectomy at the First Affiliated Hospitals of Nanchang University from January 2017 to May 2024 were included in this study. Demographic and clinicopathological characteristics were retrospectively analyzed.
