A specifically designed aza-starphene molecule is presented where contacting one, two, and/or three single Al adatoms allows this molecule to function as a "3-inputs & 2-outputs" digital full adder on a Au(111) surface. Sequentially positioning single Al adatoms with atomic precision to interact with aza-starphene, inputs one classical digit per Al, which is converted to quantum information by the molecule. The intramolecular logical calculations do not require a solid-state digital full adder cascade-like architecture. The measured Boolean truth table results in part from the quantum level repulsion effect and in part from a nonlinear magnetic effect also intrinsic to the aza-starphene molecule with its contacted Al adatoms.

Objective: Lower limb malalignment can complicate symptoms and accelerate knee osteoarthritis (OA), necessitating consideration in study population selection. In this study, we develop and validate a deep learning model that classifies leg alignment as "normal" or "malaligned" from knee antero-posterior (AP)/postero-anterior (PA) radiographs alone, using an adjustable hip-knee-ankle (HKA) angle threshold.
Material And Methods: We utilized 8878 digital radiographs, including 6181 AP/PA full-leg x-rays (LLRs) and 2697 AP/PA knee x-rays (2292 with positioning frame, 405 without).

Background: Current diagnostic imaging modalities have limited ability to differentiate between malignant and benign pancreaticobiliary disease, and lack accuracy in detecting lymph node metastases. F-Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) PET/CT is an imaging modality used for staging of prostate cancer, but has incidentally also identified PSMA-avid pancreatic lesions, histologically characterized as pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). This phase I/II study aimed to assess the feasibility of F-PSMA PET/CT to detect PDAC.

Background: Strain Cyp38S was isolated as an endophyte from the plant Cyperus alternifolius, collected along the banks of the River Nile in 2019. Preliminary analysis tentatively identified Cyp38S as belonging to the genus Pseudocitrobacter.
Methods: The preliminary identification of Cyp38S was performed using the VITEK2 identification system, MALDI-TOF-MS, and 16S rRNA gene sequencing.

Background: Focus groups (FGs) are an established method in health research to capture a full range of different perspectives on a particular research question. The extent to which they are effective depends, not least, on the composition of the participants. This study aimed to investigate how published FG studies plan and conduct the recruitment of study participants.
