Canada is experiencing an increase in referrals for GAC, higher than any other health service; therefore, there is a need for a systematic approach to health outcome measurement to effectively evaluate care. This review aims to analyse health outcome measurement in Canadian GAC, focusing on what is measured, how it is measured and associated barriers and enablers.

This study examines how social media platforms shape drug policy advocacy by analyzing stakeholder engagement surrounding supervised consumption sites in New York City. While research has explored organizational use of social media for advocacy, less attention has focused on patterns of civic engagement and dialogue. Analyzing messages and comments from two opposing organizations-OnPoint NYC and Harlem East Block Association-over 24 months (2022-2023), we investigate whether social media-based drug policy advocacy creates public spheres for diverse dialogue or echo chambers of like-minded individuals.

Quantitatively assessing the origins of aerosol zinc (Zn) is crucial for understanding of the global atmospheric Zn cycle and for formulating targeted policies to mitigate anthropogenic Zn emissions. Zn isotope ratios (denoted as δ⁶⁶Zn) serve as powerful tools for constraining the origins of aerosol Zn. This review comprehensively compiles an δ⁶⁶Zn (relative to Lyon JMC Zn standard) dataset (n = 207) for multi-sized aerosols observed exclusively in the Northern Hemisphere, encompassing diverse atmospheric environments, including urban areas and remote deserts, glacier, and ocean.

Directing depolarization efforts toward those with authority over public health funding and population health policies has great potential to improve health outcomes. Two nonpartisan legislative and executive branch state leadership programs demonstrated personal growth and mutual respect among participants necessary for depolarization that was evidenced by cross-state and cross-party policy implementation. Intentional cohort selection of politically and demographically diverse participants, ground rules based on fundamental values, and curriculum emphasizing collective problem-solving built trust and curiosity despite differing viewpoints.
