Objective: To understand possible reasons for poor durability of the Nellix (Endologix Inc., Irvine, USA) endovascular aneurysm sealing (EVAS) device.
Materials And Methods: 21 Nellix endoprostheses explanted for endoleaks and migration underwent visual examinations of stent structures and instrumental examinations of the polymer endobags on 4 devices.

Objectives: Rotational atherectomy can offer a viable treatment for occlusive peripheral artery disease; maintaining the minimal invasiveness of an endovascular procedure, while allowing for a more complete lesion debridement compared with balloon angioplasty. This case report outlines a complication of guidewire entrapment associated with rotational atherectomy in the superficial femoral artery (SFA).
Methods: A 57-year-old male underwent an atherectomy with Rotorex for left lower limb foot pain.

Background: Fragmentation, disconnection, or entrapment of an in-use microcatheter during neuro-endovascular procedures is a known risk. Often a benign entity, retained catheters are not infrequently observed, but severe complications including thrombus, thromboembolic events, pseudoaneurysm, and limb ischemia have been described, necessitating retrieval. This technical case report demonstrates the safe use of an external carotid artery (ECA) approach for ligation and removal of a retained microcatheter after middle meningeal artery (MMA) embolization.

A 50-year-old woman on hemodialysis underwent endovascular intervention for right common femoral artery stenosis, via the right brachial artery. A 4-Fr short sheath was used for the procedure owing to a previous hematoma at the puncture site.

Purpose: To describe the endovascular treatment of a symptomatic juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (JAAA) using a combination of endoanchors (Heli-FX EndoAnchor, Medtronic, Minneapolis, Minnesota) and a physician-modified single-fenestrated endograft.
Technique: An 85 year-old patient unfit for open aortic repair presented for a symptomatic JAAA, characterized by an infrarenal neck with 0.6 cm in length and 23 mm in diameter.
