Objective: Endolymphatic sac tumors (ELSTs), as rare low-grade neoplasms, are primarily treated with surgery. This study analyzes the characteristics of tumor-infiltrating leukocytes (TILs) in ELSTs and their relationships with clinical features to explore the potential for immunotherapy in ELSTs.

Objective: This systematic review aimed to determine the methodological quality of international clinical practice guidelines and the clinical credibility and implementability of recommendations regarding manipulation or mobilization treatment recommendations proposed in clinical practice guidelines for the management of people with neck pain. A secondary aim of this review was to provide an overview of recommendations for manipulation or mobilization in patients with neck pain. Manipulation or mobilization treatment of patients with neck pain is under debate for its potential risk of serious adverse events.

Background: Primary pituitary abscess is a rare disease with no specific symptoms for pituitary abscess alone. A preoperative diagnosis is quite challenging due to unclear imaging findings.

Case Presentation: We report the case of a patient with a pituitary lesion who presented with hypopituitarism, diabetes insipidus, and visual field defect and was misdiagnosed as a possible cystic pituitary adenoma.

Primary splenic diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (PS-DLBCL) is a rare manifestation of malignant lymphoma. Although DLBCL is the most common subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, primary splenic involvement is uncommon. Additionally, a gastrosplenic fistula at initial presentation is even more rare and poses a diagnostic challenge for the radiologist.
