Introduction: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) affects 14% of pregnancies globally, with a prevalence of 9-16% in India. Low-glycaemic index (GI) foods like millets may help control glycaemia in GDM. Objective: Little is known about how to sustain evidence-based interventions with fidelity in community mental health settings. Phase 1 of the Working to Implement and Sustain Digital Outcome Measures (WISDOM) trial showed that an organizational strategy improved the implementation of measurement-based care (MBC) in mental health services for youths 1-12 months after clinician MBC training. The authors report results from phase 2 of the trial, in which the strategy's effects on MBC sustainment 13-26 months after clinician MBC training were examined.

Background: People with malignancy of undefined primary origin (MUO) have a poor prognosis and may undergo a protracted diagnostic workup causing patient distress and high cancer related costs. Not having a primary diagnosis limits timely site-specific treatment and access to precision medicine. There is a need to improve the diagnostic process, and healthcare delivery and support for these patients.

This study aimed to identify the competencies required by primary health care managers for the effective performance of their functions. A systematic review was conducted according to PRISMA, in the databases PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and CINAHL, up to May 2023, in the last 10 years. The inclusion criteria were quantitative, qualitative, or mixed studies that evaluated the competencies required for primary health care managers and published in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.
