Clear cell acanthoma (CCA) is an uncommon benign epidermal tumor of unknown origin and etiology. It is often solitary, and the presence of multiple CCAs in the same individual is rare. Typically, it presents as a slowly growing plaque or nodule located on the legs with a peripheral scaling collarette.

Introduction: Focal acantholytic dyskeratosis is a distinctive histological pattern first described by Ackerman in 1972, consisting of focal suprabasal clefts in the epidermis and dyskeratotic cells at all levels of the epidermis with hyperkeratosis and parakeratosis. The first case of subungual acantholytic dyskeratosis acanthoma (ADA) was reported in 1990. This subungual variant is a very rare entity.

Lichen sclerosus et atrophicus (LSA) is a chronic inflammatory condition that affects mainly the genital regions but can occur extragenitally. Extragenital LSA occurs far less often than the genitally located variety and in most cases has been reported in females.
