However, the 2 types of lesions have different therapeutic strategies and are both potentially high-risk sources of embolism, so early differentiation between intracardiac thrombus and cardiac tumor is essential.

Case: A 14-year-old adolescent girl sustained a Lisfranc fracture-dislocation with an interposed extensor hallucis brevis (EHB) tendon. Following multiple failed attempts at closed reduction in both the emergency department and the operating room, the patient was treated in a staged manner with temporizing closed reduction and percutaneous pinning in improved alignment, followed by definitive open reduction and internal fixation once soft tissues allowed.
Conclusions: Anatomic reduction and stable fixation of Lisfranc injuries is vital to regain stability and reduce the risk of midfoot arthritis and collapse.

Primary leiomyosarcoma of bone (PLB) is an ultrarare tumor, characterized by its aggressive clinical behavior, high heterogeneity, and dismal prognosis. Here, we present the 68Ga-FAPI-04 and 18F-FDG PET/CT findings in a case of PLB affecting the left femur. FAPI PET/CT showed more bone lesions and higher uptake in the multiple metastatic lesions compared with FDG PET/CT.

We estimated pooled prevalence of CrAg screening uptake, cryptococcal antigenemia, lumbar puncture, cryptococcal meningitis and initiation of preemptive antifungal medication from available eligible published studies conducted in Africa.
