Background: Although Information and Communication Technology (ICT) acceptance processes have been studied widely in the social and healthcare context, the theoretical background of these studies is widely based on Technology Acceptance Models (TAM, TAM2, UTAUT) and their extensions. These theoretical models have been criticized for being overly simplistic and focusing narrowly on individual adopters' beliefs, perceptions, and usage intentions without considering multidimensional approaches to capture the complexity of certain phenomena. Thus, there is a need for identifying other approaches to study ICT acceptance in the complex and digitalizing social and health care context.

Spatial monoomics has been recognized as a powerful tool for exploring life sciences. Recently, spatial multiomics has advanced considerably, which could contribute to clarifying many biological issues. Spatial monoomics techniques in epigenomics, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics can enhance our understanding of biological functions and cellular identities by simultaneously measuring tissue structures and biomolecule levels.

Salt stress causes ion toxicity in plant cells and limits plant growth and crop productivity. Sodium ions (Na+) are transported out of the cell and sequestered in the vacuole for detoxification under salt stress. The salt excretion system is controlled by the SALT OVERLY SENSITIVE (SOS) pathway, which consists of the calcium sensors SOS3 and SOS3-LIKE CALCIUM BINDING PROTEIN 8, the protein kinase SOS2, and the plasma membrane Na+/H+ antiporter SOS1.

The in vitro blood-brain barrier (BBB) structures can offer advantages for studying cerebrovascular functions and developing neuroprotective drugs. However, currently developed BBB models are overly simplistic and inadequate for replicating the complex three-dimensional architecture of the in vivo BBB. In this study, a method is introduced for fabricating a three-layer vascular structure exhibiting BBB function using a coaxial extrusion bioprinting technique with a two-layer nozzle.

The action of ozone in medicine is a subject of interest and lively, controversial debates. Its mechanisms of action are still far from fully understood. However, it is possible that ozone triggers a series of dynamics in living organisms related to chaos, multi-stable phenomena, and oscillatory processes.
