Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1) is an autosomal dominant genetic multisystem phakomatosis that can affect the skin, bones, and nervous system. NF1 typically presents with skin lesions, including freckles, café-au-lait macules, plexiform neurofibromas, and bony dysplasia, and is usually accompanied by a family history of the disorder. Ocular manifestations vary, but iris Lisch nodules and optic nerve gliomas are the most common features.

Background: To evaluate the clinical presentation, pathological features and outcomes of retinoblastoma based on the race of origin in a global cohort of patients.
Methods: Retrospective collaborative study of 1426 patients who underwent primary enucleation for retinoblastoma.
Results: Patients were grouped into Caucasians (n = 231, 16%), Asians (n = 841, 59%), Hispanics (n = 226, 16%), Arabs (n = 96, 7%) and Others (Africans, African Americans, Indigenous Australians; n = 32, 2%) cohorts.

We report a rare case of Saturday Night Retinopathy (SNR) following postoperative orbital compression bandaging, highlighting the value of multimodal imaging in diagnosis and management. A 24-year-old male underwent surgical repair of an inferior orbital wall fracture with an absorbable implant, followed by compression bandaging of the right eye for three days. Upon bandage removal, the patient experienced a significant drop in visual acuity (VA) from 20/20 to 20/200.
