Objectives: The impact of long-term complications after robotic hybrid coronary revascularization (HCR), including persistent angina, repeat revascularization, and myocardial infarction (MI), remains limited. This study aims to determine the risk factors for coronary events after robotic HCR and their time-varying effects on outcomes.
Methods: We identified all consecutive patients who underwent robotic HCR at our institution.

Background: Hybrid coronary revascularisation benefits patients with multivessel disease, as it amalgamates the minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass (MIDCAB) procedure and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We present a 63-year-old female with triple-vessel coronary artery disease including marked ostial stenosis of the left main coronary artery, as well as moderate stenosis of the right coronary artery. The risk of death following heart surgery (EuroSCORE II) is 4.

This study proposes a real-time tumor position prediction-based multi-dimensional respiratory motion compensation puncture method to accurately track real-time lung tumors and achieve precise needle puncture.A hybrid model framework integrating prediction and correlation models is developed to enable real-time tumor localization. A Long Short-Term Memory neural network with bidirectional and attention modules (Bi-LSTM-ATT) is employed for predicting external respiratory signals.

Background: This study compares 2 minimally invasive coronary revascularization approaches: robot-assisted multivessel minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass (MIDCAB) and the hybrid approach combining MIDCAB with subsequent percutaneous coronary intervention.
Methods: A retrospective review was conducted on cases of robotic MIDCAB performed at our institution between 2012 and 2022. Two groups of patients were analyzed: the surgery group (undergoing robotic multivessel MIDCAB) and the hybrid group.

Introduction And Importance: Fractures of ossified Achilles tendons are rare and often associated with repetitive jumping and sprinting in young athletes. Although the exact cause of Achilles tendon ossification is unclear, prior trauma and surgery are common contributing factors.
Case Presentation: A 47-year-old male recreational athlete experienced acute pain in his right heel after a football game.
