This study examines how Climate-Related Financial Policies (CRFPs) support decarbonization and renewable energy transitions across 87 countries from 2000 to 2023. Using the Policy Sequencing Score (PSS) and a bindingness-weighted adoption indicator, it explores the relationships between CRFPs, CO2 emissions, and Renewable Energy Production (REP) across diverse economic and institutional contexts. Findings reveal significant variation in outcomes.

Introduction: Nutritional care is a cornerstone of cancer treatment, with the potential to significantly improve patient outcomes by addressing malnutrition and enhancing recovery. Despite growing awareness, the integration of evidence-based nutritional strategies into oncology remains inconsistent. Following a 2020 survey that highlighted critical gaps, the NutriOnc Research Group launched targeted initiatives to raise awareness and improve practices.

The increasing complexity of aviation systems and the rise of unpredictable "Black Swan" events necessitate resilience-based safety management strategies. Flight Crew Resilient Behavior (FCRB), defined as the ability of flight crews to adapt effectively beyond standard operating procedures, is critical for ensuring operational safety. Despite its significance, systematic approaches to understanding and managing FCRB remain underdeveloped.

Background: The genomic landscape of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) has been characterized extensively, but there remains a significant need for actionable targets and effective therapies.
Methods: Here, we perform integrative analysis of genome-wide loss of heterozygosity and expression to identify potential tumor suppressor genes. The functions and mechanisms of one of the candidates, TACC2, are then explored both in vitro and in vivo, leading to the proposal of a therapeutic strategy based on the concept of synthetic lethality.

Introduction: MET amplification (METamp) can be a de novo or acquired resistance driver; however, the definition of METamp that best captures patients who may respond to targeted therapy remains debated. We explored the genomic landscape of METamp NSCLC including degree of amplification, co-drivers, amplicon size, and outcomes to MET inhibitors.
Methods: Hybrid-capture NGS-based genomic profiling from 88,547 tissue and 12,428 liquid NSCLC samples were queried for METamp (copy number (CN) ≥ ploidy + 4, or amplification ratio (AmpRatio; [CN/sample ploidy] ≥ 3).
