However, due to the intricacy of metabolic processes and the low concentration of metabolites, identifying metabolites of TCM in vivo is still a tough work. Background: End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) is an independent risk factor in outcomes for traditional coronary artery bypass grafting (TRAD-CAB) utilizing aortic cross-clamping and cardioplegic arrest. In order to determine if Beating-Heart CABG (BH-CABG) techniques offer benefit in patients with ESRD, an analysis of the Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) predicted risk versus the actual outcomes was performed.
Methods: Between March 2017 - October 2023, all ESRD patients underwent BH-CABG by a single surgeon at a single institution.

Objective: To investigate and assess hemolytic transfusion reaction in patient with complex and combined anti-Fy and anti-Jk which so as to provide a safety blood transfusion strategy.
Methods: ABO/Rh blood grouping, antibody screening and identification, and Coombs' tests were performed by the routine serological methods include manual tube and automatic blood group analyzer with matching micro-column gel cards from Diagnostic Grifols and Jiangsu LIBO. The hospital information system and laboratory information system were used to collect dada on patients' blood routine tests, liver and kidney function, coagulation, cardiac function, and other clinical indicators before and after blood transfusion were analyzed and compared in conjunction with the patients' clinical manifestations.

Objective: Aim: To determine the effect of cell therapy on the intensity of lipid peroxidation processes in the liver, kidneys and lungs of rats of different ages under conditions of experimental cranio-skeletal trauma (CST).
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: In the experiments, 129 white male Wistar line rats of different age groups were used: immature rats aged 100-120 days and weighing 90-110 g; mature rats aged 6-8 months and weighing 180-200 g; and old rats aged 19-23 months and weighing 300-320 g. In each age group, CST was modeled under thiopental sodium anesthesia.
