VisBOL is a web-based visualization tool used to depict genetic circuit designs. This tool depicts simple DNA circuits adequately, but it has become increasingly outdated as new versions of SBOL Visual were released. This paper introduces VisBOL2, a heavily redesigned version of VisBOL that makes a number of improvements to the original VisBOL, including proper functional interaction rendering, dynamic viewing, a more maintainable code base, and modularity that facilitates compatibility with other software tools. This modularity is demonstrated by incorporating VisBOL2 into a sequence visualization plugin for SynBioHub.

Colon capsule endoscopy (CCE) is a non-invasive method for visualising the colon, but its clinical adoption has been slow. Although the COVID-19 pandemic reignited interest in CCE, its role in conventional gastrointestinal investigations remains unclear, leading to varied practices across Europe. This highlights the need for a comprehensive understanding of diverse approaches to CCE in clinical practice.

Neuropsychological assessment has to consider the subjective and objective functional deficits of help-seeking individuals in several cognitive domains. Due to time constraints in clinical practice, several web-based approaches have been developed. The current study examined whether functional deficits in the mnestic and attentive domain can be predicted based on an unsupervised self-administered online assessment neuropsychological online screening (NOS): This screening includes self-reports and psychometric memory tests (face-name association, visual short-term memory).

Background: Barriers to the cancer continuum organization and interventions to approach them have been identified; however, there is a lack of a tool matching them. Our aim was to develop a web-based tool to identify the main barriers to the process of the cancer continuum organization, and propose matched evidence-based interventions (EBI) to overcome them.
Methods: A questionnaire on barriers at six steps of the process of the cancer continuum organization was answered by collaborators.

The visual evaluation of data derived from screening and optimization experiments in the development of new analytical methods poses a considerable time investment and introduces the risk of subjectivity. This study presents a novel approach to processing such data, based on factor analysis of mixed data and hierarchical clustering - multivariate techniques implemented in the R programming language. The methodology is demonstrated in the early-stage screening and optimization of the chromatographic separation of 15 structurally diverse drugs that affect the central nervous system, using a custom R Language script.

Background: Psychological distress of postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer is significant and has a serious impact on their quality of survival. Risk prediction models can efficiently assess patients' psychological distress and risk factors.
Objectives: To investigate the factors influencing psychological distress in postoperative chemotherapy patients with breast cancer and construct a nomogram model to predict the occurrence of psychological distress in patients.
