Congenital left main coronary artery atresia is an exceedingly rare condition with potentially fatal consequences if not diagnosed in a timely fashion. We present a case series in children and adolescents, including surgical repair and outcomes. We describe the presenting symptoms and subsequent management of each patient, including surgical repair and outcomes. ().
