We present a patient with catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia who failed maximal antiarrhythmic drug therapy and bilateral sympathetic denervation, who presented with syncope and recurrent ventricular tachycardia for 11 min refractory to 21 shocks. She underwent cardiac transplantation as curative treatment for refractory ventricular arrhythmias in catecholaminergic polymorphic ventricular tachycardia. ().
