Despite extensive initiatives, the acceptance and implementation of vaccinations have remained inadequate, hindering a significant impact on public health outcomes. Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a diffuse, large B-cell lymphoma affecting the brain, spinal cord, leptomeninges, or eyes. A patient with a recurrence of a previous PCNSL manifesting as an isolated vitreoretinal disease without central nervous system (CNS) involvement and a second cerebral recurrence without vitreoretinal involvement has not yet been reported. The patient is an 86-year-old man with PCNSL of the left cerebellum diagnosed at the age of 82 years and treated with suboccipital trepanation and resection of the lesion followed by chemotherapy.

Methods: An international survey was conducted with representatives from East Asia (Hong Kong, China, and Japan), South Asia (India and Pakistan), and Southeast Asia (Vietnam and Thailand).

The Kabuki syndrome (KS) is a rare congenital disease that has two different types, KS1 and KS2, with variant in epigenetic gene KMT2D and KDM6A, respectively. It is associated with multiple abnormalities such as (developmental delay, atypical facial features, cardiac anomalies, minor skeleton anomalies, genitourinary anomalies, and mild to moderate intellectual disability). This syndrome can lead to neonatal hypoglycemia that results from hyperinsulinemia and electrolyte abnormalities.
