Background: Standardized surgical approaches to advanced pre-auricular cutaneous squamous cell carcinomas (cSCC) are lacking.
Methods: Fifty-four patients who underwent lateral temporal bone resection (LTBR) for pre-auricular cSCC were grouped into "Levels" of increasing disease spread. Surgical approaches to achieve negative-margin resection were designed for each Level and replicated on cadaveric specimens.

Background: Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) is an uncommon skin cancer that in more than 90 % of cases develops within the head and neck region. MCC is an aggressive disease with a dismal prognosis before the advent of immunotherapy. Avelumab, an anti-PDL1 agent is approved since 2017 for the treatment of advanced MCC after demonstrating a high response rate and favorable impact in survival.

Purpose: To report a case of adult-onset asthma and periocular xanthogranuloma (AAPOX) in a patient with intermediate uveitis and a history of Hodgkin's lymphoma (HL).
Case Report: A 51-year-old man with a past medical history of HL presented with blurred vision, asthma, and bilateral yellowish eyelid lesions. The eyelid lesions and asthma appeared 10 years after being diagnosed with HL.

Parapharyngeal lipoma with skull base extension is rare tumor found in head and neck region. We report a case of 66 years old female patient with left side face swelling extending to neck. On clinical examination, it was found soft, non-tender, mobile swelling present over left side pre-auricular region.
