Objective: This systematic review attempts to confirm the added evidence to assess the effect of yoga on immune function.
Methods: The Cochrane Library, Embase, PsycINFO, PubMed, and Web of Science electronic databases were searched according to the PRISRMA method to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the immunological effects of yoga published in the English language from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2020. This review could only be descriptively summarized because of heterogeneity of the included RCTs.
Results: Eleven potential trials were identified and included in this review. Quality appraisal of included trials ranged from 3 for unclear risk of bias and 8 for high risk of bias. There is evidence from 11 RCTs that yoga may have favorable effects for reducing the levels of anti-inflammatory markers.
Conclusions: Yoga may be used as a complementary intervention for clinical populations or healthy individuals.

Background: The presented study identified the appropriate ocrelizumab dosing regimen for patients with pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis (POMS).
Methods: Patients with POMS aged 10-17 years were enrolled into cohort 1 (body weight [BW] < 40 kg, ocrelizumab 300 mg) and cohort 2 (BW ≥ 40 kg, ocrelizumab 600 mg) during a 24-week dose-exploration period (DEP), followed by an optional ocrelizumab (given every 24 weeks) extension period.
Primary Endpoints: pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics (CD19 B-cell count); secondary endpoint: safety; exploratory endpoints: MRI activity, protocol-defined relapses, Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) score change.
Background: While aerobic exercises have demonstrated efficacy in slowing cognitive decline and improving psychological symptoms associated with cognitive impairments, they may not be feasible due to multiple disabilities. Other gentle exercises with mindful approaches, such as "Yoga-like", have been explored but lack clear evidence.
Aim: To assess the efficacy of a "Yoga-like" intervention on cognitive and psychological features in patients with mild to moderate Alzheimer Disease (AD).

Materials And Methods: A randomized controlled trial was conducted on 78 primiparous mothers whose premature infants were less than 34 weeks and were hospitalized in the NICU of Ayatollah Rouhani Hospital from February 2021 to November 2022.
