Investigation of exophthalmos and blood-colored discharge from the left ventral punctum in a dog was consistent with a conjunctival cyst in the orbit. 3-D prints of the cyst and surrounding facial bones identified a successful transconjunctival approach without an orbitotomy and patency of the left lacrimal duct was reestablished.

Introduction And Importance: Conjunctival squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the most advanced form of ocular surface squamous neoplasia (OSSN), with varying incidence rates influenced by factors such as age, UV exposure, and occupation. Early detection is crucial, but misdiagnosis is common, especially when SCC mimics benign conditions like pterygium.
Case Presentation: An 83-year-old Caucasian male farmer presented with a rapidly enlarging nasal limbal lesion, initially misdiagnosed as pterygium.

In rare cases, the disease may also have a clinical presentation with only TM, without ON or with ON, without TM. These conditions are also included in the spectrum.

Peribronchiolar metaplasia is an uncommon lesion characterized by fibrosis and bronchiolar epithelial cell proliferation along the peribronchiolar alveolar walls, primarily in response to bronchiolar and peribronchiolar injuries. Peribronchiolar metaplasia usually appears as ground glass nodules or sub-solid nodules on computed tomography. However, we present an exceptional case of peribronchiolar metaplasia that appeared as a solitary solid nodule on computed tomography.
