Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP) is a rare drug eruption characterized by the rapid occurrence of many sterile, non-follicular pustules, neutrophilic leukocytosis, high fever and spontaneous resolution usually within two weeks. Presentation Of Case: A 47-year-old male presented with right-sided hearing loss, tinnitus, and jaw claudication. Radiological imaging confirmed the presence of a mass in the ITF accompanied by bone erosion.
