A 15-year-old adolescent girl diagnosed of interaortocaval paraganglioma with a positive 123I-MIGB SPECT/CT and 1 unsuccessful prior surgery was operated on with the assistance of a handheld gamma camera. Once the lesion was located and removed, 2 images were taken, one of the surgical field (without 123I-MIGB uptake) and another of the tumor ex vivo (with high 123I-MIGB uptake), confirming that the lesion had been satisfactorily excised. This case highlights the use of a portable gamma camera as a useful tool to locate this rare tumor, with a SPECT/CT positive for 123I-MIGB and a difficult anatomical location suspected.

cutaneous melanoma has often unpredictable lymphatic drainage patterns, especially at the level of the trunk, head and neck regions. Sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) is an important prognostic tool that accurately assesses regional lymph node involvement and guides therapeutic decisions. Material and this prospective study involved 104 patients diagnosed with cutaneous melanoma who underwent SLNB using a radioactive tracer.

Autonomous vehicles, often known as self-driving cars, have emerged as a disruptive technology with the promise of safer, more efficient, and convenient transportation. The existing works provide achievable results but lack effective solutions, as accumulation on roads can obscure lane markings and traffic signs, making it difficult for the self-driving car to navigate safely. Heavy rain, snow, fog, or dust storms can severely limit the car's sensors' ability to detect obstacles, pedestrians, and other vehicles, which pose potential safety risks.

Introduction And Objectives: Tissue attenuation reduces the specificity of the myocardial perfusion imaging single photon emission tomography (SPECT), which leads reduced diagnostic accuracy. The aim of this study is to compare performances of non-attenuation corrected (NAC), computed tomography based-attenuation corrected (AC) and prone images for qualitative and semi-quantitative analysis of myocardial perfusion SPECT in diagnosis of coronary artery disease (CAD).
Materials And Methods: Eightysix patients in whom NAC, AC and prone images were obtained with SPECT at Selcuk University Faculty of Medicine, and whose coronary angiography/CT coronary angiography was completed within 3 months, were retrospectively studied.

Objective: To evaluate whether a radioguided approach allows a higher intraoperative detection rate of adenoma and a minimally invasive parathyroidectomy (MIP), with the same or better cure rate of hyperparathyroidism secondary to parathyroid adenoma.
Methods: This was an observational, prospective, single-center study involving 254 consecutive patients with primary hyperparathyroidism, between 2017 and 2022. A total of 258 procedures were performed: 129 non radioguided (NRS) and 129 radioguided (RS) (112 with intravenous 99 mTc- MIBI and 17 with ultrasound-guided intralesional 99 mTc-MAA injection) with an intraoperative gamma probe and gamma camera.

Purpose: To retrospectively validate the dose and dose rates delivered in XXX clinical trial fields via sub-millimeter spatial and <0.25 ms temporal resolution scintillation imaging.
Methods: An ultra-fast intensified CMOS camera (4.
