The COVID-19 global pandemic has rapidly expanded, with the UK being one of the countries with the highest number of cases and deaths in proportion to its population. Major clinical and human behavioural measures have been taken by the UK government to control the spread of the pandemic and to support the health system. It remains unclear how exactly human mobility restrictions have affected the virus spread in the UK. This research uses driving, walking and transit real-time data to investigate the impact of government control measures on human mobility reduction, as well as the connection between trends in human-mobility and severe COVID-19 outcomes. Human mobility was observed to gradually decrease as the government was announcing more measures and it stabilized at a scale of around 80% after a lockdown was imposed. The study shows that human-mobility reduction had a significant impact on reducing COVID-19-related deaths, thus providing crucial evidence in support of such government measures.

Papillary fibroelastomas (PFEs) are rare, benign, primary cardiac tumors, typically found on the valve surfaces and more commonly on the left side of the heart, with occurrences in the right atrium even rarer. In this case, a highly mobile tumor was incidentally detected in the right atrium of an 83-year-old woman with advanced right lung cancer during preoperative transthoracic echocardiography and magnetic resonance imaging. Although the patient was asymptomatic and of advanced age, the tumor's high mobility warranted resection.

Introduction: Transvaginal retropubic (TVT-R) and transobturator (TVT-O) midurethral slings are the main surgical options for stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Surgical indications for each of them are defined by clinical and history presentation. These techniques play a particular role in SUI recurrence after a previous urinary incontinence surgery, although there are few studies comparing their efficacy.

Alcohol use disorders can cause peripheral and central neurological disorders with symptoms such as pain, numbness, paresthesia, and dysesthesia, often impairing walking ability. However, effective treatments for alcohol-related peripheral neuropathy are yet to be identified. This case report highlights the successful use of dysesthesia-matched transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (DM-TENS) and aerobic exercise in a 53-year-old woman with alcohol-related peripheral neuropathy who presented with severe pain and walking difficulties.

Transverse myelitis (TM), a poorly understood neurological disorder, can manifest in various clinical scenarios. We report a unique case where TM presented in a background of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). The patient, an otherwise healthy female, experienced a rapid onset of symptoms, culminating in complete left-sided hemiparesis and exacerbation of BPPV characteristics.

What Is Already Known About This Topic?: Men who have sex with men (MSM) are highly vulnerable to human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection and demonstrate significant mobility patterns. Understanding post-diagnosis migration patterns among HIV-positive MSM is crucial for targeted case management, yet comprehensive data from China remains limited.
What Is Added By This Report?: Among 204,394 HIV-positive MSM, 20,117 (9.
