Scrub typhus (ST) is detected in one-fourth of patients with acute febrile illnesses, confirming its nationwide re-emergence. The disease, if not diagnosed, can lead to multiple organ dysfunction and mortality. Being a vector-borne zoonotic disease, the molecular survey for pathogens in animal hosts is essential to predict the risk of its transmission to humans.

Introduction: In multisystem inflammatory syndrome (MIS-C), children typically present high-grade fever, gastrointestinal symptoms, Kawasaki-like symptoms, and even a toxic shock-like syndrome days to weeks after recovering from SARS-CoV-2 infection. It is important to raise awareness of this condition in order to have early diagnosis and immediate treatment of patients. We have, herein, reported 44 cases of MIS-C with various risk factors and symptoms.

Background: Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome of children (MIS) is a pathological condition that occurs in response to a SARS-CoV-2 infection, the syndrome has been described as a "Kawasaki disease"-like illness and the spectrum of associated abnormalities, including vascular complications, remain to be fully defined.
Objective: The aim of this article was to present a case of MISC presented with limping and associated with large vessel vasculitis.
Case Presentation: In this article we present a case of 10-year-old male presented to emergency department complaining of limping of one-week duration and left hip pain, associated with high grade prolonged fever, abdominal pain and weight loss.

Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has fundamentally affected the health, healthcare delivery and daily life in all populations and age groups in Australia. The aim of this report is to summarise how it has affected the paediatric population with an emphasis on, but not limited to, the cardiac manifestations. A literature review and appraisal of data relating to SARS-CoV-2 cardiac manifestations and vaccination in the paediatric population was undertaken.

Several cases of Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Adults (MIS-A) have been reported in adults since June 2020 after COVID-19 was first reported in December 2019. It was initially reported in children as MIS-C with Kawasaki-like disease, but a similar condition has been well recognized in adults. Although Mycoplasma co-infection has been reported with COVID-19, to our knowledge, concomitant infection has not been reported together with MIS-A.
