Aims: With respect to midwives and nurse-midwife populations (1) measure and (2) explore professional identity and (3) explore how the midwifery profession may be best represented in the public realm.
Design: Convergent Parallel Mixed-Methods Design.
Methods: A web-based survey was used to collect data from 860 midwives and nurse-midwives from 102 countries between February and July 2022.

This article focuses on performative articulations of critiques of psychiatry, with two forms of demonstration in particular: First, the Mad Pride Parades, which have been held in various German cities since 2013, and second actions by the "Blaue Karawane" in Bremen, a movement that emerged in the 1980s in the wake of the dissolution of a psychiatric clinic. Although they are situated in different temporal and local contexts, both rely on forms of street protest to question the demarcation between 'normal' and 'mad' and to promote the equal recognition of mental alterity. A detailed examination of the forms of action highlights the importance of carnivalesque celebration, provocation and spectacle for both forms of psychiatric critique.

As Pride marches are celebrated globally in June, stigma and discriminatory laws against LGBTQ+ individuals remain prevalent in over a third of countries, potentially worsening health disparities among this population. Despite these challenges, notable progress has been made in Asia. Several countries have seen court rulings favoring LGBTQ+ rights, while the National Medical Commission of India has committed to ending conversion therapy, a harmful healthcare practice.

Music has been linked to improved social and emotional wellbeing for First Nations Peoples, yet little research directly explores the link between music and social emotional wellbeing of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex, Queer, Asexual, Sistergirl, and Brotherboy (LGBTIQA+SB) First Nation Peoples in Australia. This article reports on a hybrid scoping narrative review of existing literature that explores LGBTIQA+SB social emotional wellbeing and potential links to music practices, such as music listening, performance, and composing. Findings suggest that music and creative practices can be linked to feelings of elation, positive self-regard, and safety.
