The research object concerns partially explained mechanisms of plant hormone participation in male sex determination in plants, among them in A. phyllitidis gametophytes during GA-induced antheridiogenesis. To provide an explanation of the mechanisms of fluorescence and white-light microscopy, cytophotometric, autoradiographic and spectrophotometic methods were used to study cell cycle, the number of nucleoli, the amount of DiOC-stained IMN/ER, in which endoplasmic reticulum (ER) constitutes the main part, and its distribution as well as the amounts of proteins and chlorophylls and activities of acidic (Ac) and basic (Ba) phosphatases (Phases).

Irrigation affects characteristics of narrow-leaved lupin (Lupinus angustifolius L.) seeds.

While plant irrigation usually increases yield, irrigation also affects seed characteristics with respect to endoreplication level, chemical composition, number of carbonyl bands, and cuticular wax profiles. Seeds of sweet varieties of the narrow-leaved lupin have good nutritional properties; however, these plants are sensitive to water deficit. Irrigation improves lupin yield, but can affect seed characteristics.

The objectives of this study were as follows: (i) to describe and evaluate the frequencies of different morphologies of llama sperm nuclei, (ii) to determine morphometric values of nuclear parameters, (iii) to describe and estimate the frequencies of different classes of chromatin distribution and (iv) to measure haploid DNA content and analyse its nuclear distribution. For analysis of cause of genesis and source of atypical lymphocytes during African swine fever virus (ASFV) infection, bone marrow, peripheral blood, and in vitro model were investigated.
