Once in position, ureteral stents are relatively inaccessible. A ureteral stent set was developed that allows for retrograde study of the collecting system or exchange of the stent with or without the assistance of a cystoscope. This has proved to be useful for opacification of the collecting system during extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or percutaneous nephrolithotomy, or after ureteroscopy.

Purpose: To evaluate stone free rate (SFR) predictivity of three different scoring systems in patients with kidney stones larger than 20 millimeters undergoing retrograde intrarenal surgery(RİRS).
Methods: Digital records of a total of 166 patients were reviewed retrospectively. Epidemiological characteristics (age, gender, medical history) of the patients, stone and affected kidney characteristics (size, volume, location, density, opaque, presence of urinary system anomaly, presence of stones in different calyx, number of stones, lower pole stone, renal infundibulopelvic angle (IPA), renal infundibulopelvic length (RIL), hydronephrosis), and operative characteristics (preoperative ureteral stent, operation duration, postoperative residual fragments, hospitalization time and complications were recorded.

Objective: Retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) is a rare disease characterized by the presence of fibroinflammatory tissue that surrounds the abdominal aorta and the iliac arteries and often entraps the ureters. Hydronephrosis is a common complication of RPF, however, its clinical features and outcomes have not been well elucidated.
Methods: A total of 115 RPF-related hydronephrosis patients have been recruited from 9 clinical centers in China since March 2010.

Objectives: To present our initial experience of robotic ureteroplasty with lower-lip mucosal graft (LLMG) for treating ureteral stenosis longer than 2 cm and evaluate its feasibility and efficacy.
Materials And Methods: A total of thirteen patients with ureteral stenosis who underwent robotic ureteroplasty with LLMG were retrospectively analyzed. After identification and dissection of the ureteral stenosis segment, the segment was incised longitudinally.
