Performing injections with a bulking agent consisting of nonanimal stabilized hyaluronic acid and dextranomer is a well-tolerated and efficacious treatment for mild to moderate fecal incontinence. Here, we discuss a case of a patient with a history of a bulking procedure for fecal incontinence who presented to the obstetrics/gynecology clinic for evaluation of a new vaginal "cyst," which was excised. Histopathologic examination revealed migrated bulking agent within the excised specimen.

Through numerical simulation research, the evolution and migration laws of seepage field, oxygen concentration field, temperature field, and high-temperature area of coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf during the advancement of the working face was obtained. The results indicate that the distribution of the bulking coefficient, porosity, and permeability of the falling coal and rock mass in the goaf is nonuniform.

Vesicoureteral reflux (VUR) is one of the most common congenital anomalies in the kidney and the urinary tract. Endoscopic subureteral injection of a bulking agent has become popular in VUR treatment due to its high success rates, few complications, and a straightforward procedure. In this study, a novel magnetic bulking agent was prepared by embedding FeO magnetic nanoparticles in cross-linked agarose microspheres with diameters of 80-250 μm and dispersing the magnetic microspheres in a hyaluronic acid hydrogel.
